Storage is the total size of all files you've uploaded to Granted Assets. It doesn't matter how many products or orders you have — only the files you store count against your limit.
What happens if I run out of storage?
You'll be notified and prompted to upgrade before anything stops working. Existing downloads remain accessible to customers who have already purchased.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Changes take effect immediately on upgrade; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What file types are supported?
Any file type — PDFs, images, audio, video, ZIP archives, software, Lightroom presets, fonts, templates, and more.
How are download links delivered to customers?
Granted Assets automatically sends a download link via email and adds it to the order status page the moment payment is confirmed.
Is billing handled through Shopify?
