These Terms govern your use of the Granted Assets app. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Overview
Granted Assets enables you to upload, manage, and deliver digital products through your Shopify store.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to use the app lawfully and only distribute content you have rights to.
Digital Delivery
Files are delivered via order confirmation pages, order status pages, and email. You are responsible for how your products are configured.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your files. You grant us permission to store and deliver them as part of the service.
Availability
We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We rely on third-party services like Shopify and email providers.
Billing
Free and Pro plans are available. Paid plans are billed through Shopify. You can cancel anytime via Shopify or by uninstalling the app.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last billing period.
Termination
We may suspend access if Terms are violated. You may stop using the app at any time.
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time.
